I am the broker and owner of a boutique real estate brokerage in San Diego. I've been in the brokerage business since 1990 and I've come to expect very little from a property manager for an HOA. However, Kalyn was very helpful and emailed me back all the information I needed for a sale within the hour. All my questions were thoroughly answered. I wish she managed more HOA's in San Diego so my job would be easier. Most property management companies are like the water company and they don't care. This was not the case at all. I'm grateful for the pleasant experience.
