Business hours, excluding holidays, are Mon-Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Call us during regular business hours at 1 (858) 430 5700, email us, or submit a Customer Service Request. After business hours, only EMERGENCY phone calls are accepted.

We attempt to answer non-emergency inquiries during normal business hours within 2 hours or less. Emails and Customer Service Requests received after business hours will be responded to the next business day.

Many homeowner inquiries can be answered by registering and logging in to your ASPM/HOA secure portal. From your client account, you can contact your HOA’s manager, manage your account and make a payment, view statements and account history, access important HOA documents and records, and see news and updates for residents in your community. Homeowners can click below to register for a client account or login to your existing account.
