ASPM is still open! Our Admin Staff are successfully working from home. Having transitioned to both cloud-based and innovative Cinc property management software during the summer of 2019, we were uniquely prepared for continuing to serve our clients without any disruption in productivity.

We had also already begun managing a remote administrative work force across the U.S. and globally in 2019 before the Coronavirus pandemic required employee dispersion. Our management team strategically devised and implemented new accountability and reporting mechanisms for staff. This forward thinking plan improved our ability to achieve efficiencies and overcome challenges with relative ease.

As a result, employee productivity has increased, and our 20,000 San Diego HOA residents have expressed how happy they are with the even better customer service we are continuing to provide to communities.

Because condominiums are mandated as critical infrastructure requiring essential services, our specially trained Maintenance and Janitorial staff are continuing to provide repair and cleaning services to our San Diego homeowner association portfolio.
