Mabel Garcia, Assistant Manager of our association management ASPM offered me extremely good and efficient service regarding my garage door replacement. So I want to thank her as well as letting many people know her quick and good professional work. After replacing my garage door, there was an incentive program that provides $300 for the owner of the house to promote cooperation for the management.Application was handled by my husband at the initial stage and I followed up, so there were some holes to satisfy the requirements. She pick up quickly, followed up, and informing me the status on timely bases. She brought up the matter to the general meeting for approval, while keep me informed.From my past experience, I did not expect such a good handling and timely follow up. I experienced a lot of delay in response which sometimes ended up being forgotten, or reminding several times. I felt I am not an important person. On the contrary Mabel made me feel like I am the only person who was communicating with her. I know she was very busy, but gave me the great attention and speed to solve the problem.Owing to her, my case was closed timely manner and I am very happy. This review is more an endorsement for Mike Pereira than anything about ASPM as I haven't really had any interactions with the company prior. Mike was kind enough to reach out to me to share some issues with my condo unit which is used as a rental. He was extremely helpful and friendly even when sharing unfortunate news( I had been paying the wrong HOA amount for over a years and I had racked up a negative balance on my account. He quickly helped me fix the problem and has been a wonderful communicator throughout the process. His level of customer service seems like a lost art these days and this company should be jumping over the moon knowing that he is a part of their team.

What an awesome property management company. They do incredible work daily on not only the management of condominiums but keeping the repairs and upkeep going. They do an awesome job on repairs and maintenance quickly and it shows on their HOA’s. You won’t be able to find a better company to deal with at a better price and their property managers really listen to you and get the job done!

I have interacted with Sara Schwartz on two different occasions when I reached out for help and she has been awesome. She was very polite and quick to respond to my requests. On one of these requests she directed me to Eric Martinez in the escrow division and he was also very polite and quick to respond to my request which helped me to close our escrow on time. So great to work with such a helpful company.

At Windsor Park, Jessica Guy has been our Community Association Manager from ASPM. We've been lucky to have her since we've started with them. Before ASPM, we were managed by another local management company, who at the time gave us a NEW property management contact every three months, leaving vendors unpaid, residents' emails literally floating without oversight and communications fully in the dark with requests overflowing over a period of months without response (including any communication to board members). I can say Jessica goes above and beyond in effort to anyone we've ever seen in the past. She reaches out to every single resident as best as possible, even in heavy volume times compared to our last property management company. And given our current situation to our current project, their level of customer service actually outpaces our previous management company (day and night), something I know if you're not in direct contact on a day-to-day, can be something we take for granted in relation the management industry. We are lucky to be managed by this company and a lot of that has to do with the conscientiousness that Jessica Guy has for our community.

Julie Buckshnis at ASPM was amazing several weeks ago when my kitchen sinks were backing up yet again(I live on the first floor). She had plumbers at my condo at Boardwalk condos within 2 hours and flooding of my condo was averted. I emailed her the other day about some termite and fungus damage on my patio and she responded within 24 hours and notified me that a pest control company would be contacting me for an appointment.
