Updated January, 2023. Our Admin Staff have successfully worked remotely since the pandemic began. Transitioning to cloud-based technologies during March 2019, we have continued to serve our clients without any disruption in productivity or work quality.

We had also already begun managing a remote administrative work force across the U.S. and globally in 2019 before the Coronavirus pandemic required employee dispersion. Our management team strategically devised and implemented new accountability and reporting mechanisms for staff to track all activity and task completion. This forward thinking plan improved our ability to achieve efficiencies and overcome challenges with relative ease.

As a result, employee productivity has increased, and our 20,000 San Diego HOA residents have expressed how happy they are with the even better customer service we are continuing to provide to communities.

Our specially trained Maintenance and Janitorial staff continue to provide repair and cleaning services to our San Diego homeowner association portfolio and Community Asset Managers are still doing property walks.
